After having tried the gyms and doing exercise on my own I decided to use a Personal Trainer. I thought about it for a while and decided that I needed someone to push me, and then I found YOLO! I was a bit apprehensive about starting as I was so unfit and it had been a long time since I had done anything physical but Jess made it fun and she motivated me to keep going. Two months later and I am still going, I don’t see me giving her up anytime soon. I have found that I miss it if I don’t have my sessions with her. Jess and her training sessions are now a way of life for me. If you are looking for a fun way to get into shape then Jess is the person for you. Working out with YOLO and Jess is great! She is motivating, caring and makes every session count. The sessions are always varied and never boring. When I started Boot Camps Australia Ipswich back in early Febuary 2011 I was not in a very good place. I had put on 10kg and had gone up to a size 14. I had never been this heavy! I had been doing Boot Camp for a month or so before I started the Twelve Week Challenge and really enjoyed the variety Jess (my personal trainer) bought to each session and her motivation. When she mentioned the Twelve Week Challenge I thought why not – I need the push and it was now or never! Well… I never looked back! I attended at least 3 Boot Camp Sessions per week, a One on One Personal Training Session and an Extra 20min Challenger Session per week. Along with a great food plan that Jess recommended and her training sessions, I lost 50.5cm, 4.1 kg and 3.11% body fat! More than I could have hoped for! I have replaced my body fat with muscle and I now fit into my size 12 clothes comfortably. I have so much more energy and I feel great. This is only the beginning though, so watch out, here I come! I started training at Boot camps Australia Ipswich because I wanted an alternative to the gym. I love that Bootcamp is outdoors and with a small group of people and a friendly trainer. I have always tried to stay fit but tend to get bored with doing the same thing all the time – that is where Bootcamps has been fantastic. The sessions are always different and the variety keeps me motivated. It helps me to know that I am accountable to a trainer. I like that the sessions are planned out so I know when I am training each week. It’s easy to fit exercise into my lifestyle now. I saw some great results from the 12 week challenge – I built definition and muscle tone and lost a significant amount of cm’s from my hips and thighs. The 12 week challenge was a good way to set a goal and be accountable to it. I attended between 3 and 5 sessions a week and couldn’t believe the difference it made to my fitness and weight. Surprisingly my energy levels have increased from training regularly and I am now fitter than ever thanks to Jess’s training!
